Creating an account for the IT Ticketing system

If you wish to submit a support ticket you will first need to have an account.  Once registered and logged in, you will have full access to the support desk system - including all knowledge base articles.

You can create an account here (this will open in a new page).
It is important that you only register with your @paragon-rt.com email address.
