Create a support ticket by email

You can create a support ticket by email. Simply send your email with a brief description of your request to [email protected]. A ticket number will be assigned to you and all communications such as ticket updates are handled over the email system.
It is much easier to monitor your tickets in our portal once you have created your account. To do this, you must sign up with your @paragon email address when registering. You can register your account here.
